A "No Wake" sign hangs from the cable of a nearby construction crane while workers prepare to install it in the Regulated Navigation Area at the new Tappan Zee Construction Site. The sign is the first to go up and warns boaters that the area approaching the main shipping channel near the bridge is a slow no wake zone.
